REFUND POLICY
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Call (855) 703-4024 to obtain a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
To process your refund, please provide your name and delivery address. If you provide insufficient or incorrect information, your refund may be delayed.
Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be applied. Depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
RETURN POLICY
To obtain a refund, contact customer service by phone to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted whether the package has been opened or not, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and shows no excessive use or damage.
Returns are processed within 24–48 hours of arrival at our processing center.
You pay for return shipping. This fee will be deducted from the refund issued.
After the package is received and validated, your refund will be credited back to your bank account; it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank’s processing time.
